Electrical Engineering Student
Urbana-Champaign
I'm currently studying Electrical Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. As an active member of Ghost Electric Motorcycles, I work on electric vehicle technology and innovative transportation solutions.
I recently completed an internship at TenderTrak, where I gained valuable industry experience with hardware design and embedded programming.
In my free time, I enjoy fishing and playing golf – perfect ways to unwind from technical work and enjoy the outdoors.
Courses I am currently taking or have taken in the past
Fundamental concepts in electrical engineering with emphasis on measurement, modeling, and analysis of circuits and electronics. Lab work included designing an autonomous vehicle with sensors and motors.
Digital logic, computer systems, and programming fundamentals. Covered combinational and sequential logic design, FSM, Von Nuemann model, and machine language programming with hands-on lab experience.
Linear systems analysis with circuit and system emphasis. Covered differential equation models, Laplace transform, convolution, stability, frequency response, Fourier series and transforms, active filters, and AM radio.
Advanced LC-3 assembly language programming and comprehensive C programming. Covered functions, arrays, pointers, recursion, data structures, linked lists, dynamic memory management, and object-oriented design principles.
A showcase of my engineering projects, from circuit design to software development
Design for a low power radio tracking device for the marine industry. Includes Bluetooth, GPS, LoRa, and solar charging. Designed schematic, board layout, and BOM, while adhering to mechanical constraints.
Technical skills I've developed through coursework and hands-on projects
